$24/hour

What's a typical day as Administrative Support Human Resources? You'll be:
• Developing advanced knowledge of contract language for attendance and discipline processes and serving as a subject matter expert for line management.
• Creating daily attendance reports and holding daily attendance meetings with employees and union representation.
• Administering corrective discipline write-ups and correcting employee attendance records while maintaining all required documents related to FMLA administration.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma / GED (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (2+ years of experience).
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Have experience working with unions in a manufacturing environment and demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills.
