Full-time, long-term assignment: 48 months contract

1st Shift: 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Work in a team-oriented, safety-focused production environment
-
Manufacturing composite aircraft parts to meet production specifications
-
Performing functions such as lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and repair
-
Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations

Checking all work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection

Maintaining logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs, etc.)

Supporting Lean and 5S initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and FOD programs

Performing other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 1 year of composite experience

Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience working with composite resins and materials

Ability to read and interpret a 6” scale

Valid driver's license

Ability to meet physical requirements of the position and work any shift

Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak clearly)
