SUMMARY
Kelly Science and Clinical is excited to share this opportunity! The role involves performing analytical research with peptides, development activities, and focus with HPLC. (must have 2 years or more experience to apply for this job).
- Monday -Friday 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: 33-41/hour
- 1 year- Temporary Assignments through Kelly
The individual will be responsible for the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the development of new processes by applying analytical skills and expertise.
- Develop innovative analytical chemistry methodologies to support manufacturing and regulatory needs.
- Facilitate and support the transfer of analytical technologies.
- Contribute to the creation of strategies for key technologies and ensure they function effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Plan and formulate aspects of analytical research proposals, including objectives, project applications, cost, equipment, and human resource requirements.
- Develop, implement, and validate analytical methods and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of experimental activities.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of corporate, internal, and ICH stability guidelines to support The Client's Stability Program.
- Participate in manufacturing site activities, troubleshooting, and resolving analytical issues.
- Develop knowledge of QSHE principles and regulatory affairs.
- Analyze batches of drug substances, intermediates, and raw materials for clinical or registration programs.
- Manage the generation and accumulation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and nights, to accommodate production and validation schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role:
- Strong background in analytical chemistry and methodology development.
- HPLC (2 years of professional experience)
- Ability to manage complex projects, including those involving analytical technology transfer and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and stability programs.
- Experience with waste management and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
