Program Coordinator (Clerkship & Residency)

Location: Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $33/hr
Contract: 1 Month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the Internal Medicine Clerkship, Sub-Internship, and Residency Programs. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations that ensure the programs run efficiently, remain compliant, and deliver a high-quality learning experience for medical students and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities for the Internal Medicine Clerkship, Sub-Internship, and Residency Program.

  • Maintain compliance with LCME and ACGME accreditation standards.

  • Manage schedules, rotations, and communications among students, residents, and faculty.

  • Develop and implement orientation and training materials to prepare students for clinical rotations.

  • Evaluate student performance based on faculty and resident feedback, addressing any issues as needed.

  • Support residency program operations, including recruitment, evaluations, didactic sessions, event planning, and data reporting.

  • Collaborate with program leadership and other coordinators to ensure seamless coordination across programs.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, residents, and faculty.

  • Familiarity with academic or medical education environments preferred.

  • Must be willing to work on site in Boston, MA.
