Representante de Ventas Internas
Forma parte de nuestro equipo y ayuda a llevar soluciones de alquiler y venta de bombas de agua a nuestros clientes. Este rol combina ventas internas desde la oficina y esfuerzos proactivos de alcance: llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y manejo de prospectos para maximizar oportunidades de venta y fortalecer relaciones.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Asistir a eventos de la industria, sesiones de capacitación y reuniones de equipo según sea necesario.

Requisitos:

• Diploma de escuela superior o GED (grado asociado/bachillerato es un plus).
• Experiencia preferible en ventas externas, alquiler de equipos de construcción o campo relacionado.
• Dominio de Microsoft Office y sistemas CRM.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, verbales y escritas.
• Fuertes destrezas organizacionales y capacidad para manejar múltiples prospectos a la vez.
• Experiencia en ventas telefónicas y llamadas en frío.
• Orientado(a) al servicio al cliente, con capacidad de escuchar y resolver problemas.
• Orientado(a) a resultados y capaz de alcanzar metas de ventas.
• Licencia de conducir válida.

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:30 AM a 4:30 PM
Salario: $12/hr - $15/hr (dependiendo de experiencia)
