Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.75/hr with $1 differential for nights. Can get a $1 raise after the first 90 days and another $1 raise after the next 90 days.
Shift:

  • Sunday-Thursday 6pm-4am
  • Monday-Friday 4am-4:30pm and most Saturdays 4am-10am

What's a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You'll be:
  • Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, drilling, finish grinders, and torque machines
  • Using a tape measure and reading blueprints consistently
  • Using a sledgehammer and various hand tools for long periods of time on a daily basis
  • Maintaining quality and production standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Can read a measuring tape and measure to the 32nd inch
  • Have good attention to detail and can read basic blueprints/drawings for assembly
  • Demonstrate good attendance and can work Mon-Fri with overtime if necessary
  • Are able to work outside in various climates
  • Have 1 year of manufacturing experience
