At Kelly®, we're passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. How about this one? We're seeking a Heavy Assembler to work at a premier manufacturer of equipment in Grantsville, Utah. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right for you.

Pay Rate: $20 - $22
Work Hours:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
    Note: 2nd shift must be able to train during the day shift.

What's a Typical Day as a Heavy Assembler? You'll Be:

  • Manually assembling batteries and installing them within energy storage cubes using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and impact or screw guns.
  • Conducting manual assembly of electronic boards and wire harnesses for the batteries.
  • Using a power industrial truck or pallet jack to stage materials within departments.
  • Lifting 45-50 lbs regularly and pushing/pulling up to 60 lbs.
  • Standing for 8-10 hours a day.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

  • Have 1 year of related experience assembly preferred
  • Can read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Can apply common sense to carry out straightforward instructions.
  • Are physically capable of meeting the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing or pulling up to 60 lbs, and standing or climbing a step stool for extended periods.
  • Can work effectively in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
