Payrate: $21.60/hr
Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite

Role Responsibilities: 

Qualifications & Experience:  

  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work regular hours, including overtime and weekends.  

  • Reading Skills: Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.  

  • Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English.  

  • Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety practices, including good housekeeping and ergonomic practices.  

  • Organization: Ability to keep a well-organized workspace and follow training procedures, including cross-training and teamwork.  

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain stamina for the work.  

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on details and quality.  

  • Proactive: Willingness to speak up about issues and address them promptly.  

  • Learning Ability: Capability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.  

  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a diverse environment, participate in team improvement, and resolve conflicts.  

  • Motivation: Eagerness to grow, learn, and advance in skills, including cross-training.  

Physical & Cognitive Requirements:  

  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. frequently; occasional lifting of 50-75 lbs.  

  • Physical Activity: Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, stand, or crawl as needed.  

  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to reach, push, pull, and grasp objects as necessary.  

  • Coordination: Good hand-eye coordination and ability to coordinate hand, eye, and foot movements.  

  • Cognitive Skills: Ability to meet cognitive demands for the job, including visual and other relevant skills. 

Must-haves: 

-High school diploma or GED 

-Assembling experience
