Assembler – Medical Device Manufacturing | Redmond, WA
1st Shift: $22.80/hr | 2nd Shift: $24.80/hr

Kelly® is hiring Assemblers for a top medical device manufacturer in Redmond, WA. Join a company that's advancing healthcare through innovation and quality—and build a career close to home!

Shift & Pay Details:
•    1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM ($22.80/hour)
•    2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM ($24.80/hour)
•    Opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend work

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assemble medical device components, including manual and electrical sub-assemblies
•    Follow blueprints and work instructions to meet strict product specifications
•    Meet safety, quality, and productivity standards in a cleanroom or production environment
•    Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training opportunities
•    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements:
•    Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety protocols, and quality procedures in English
•    Strong verbal communication and attention to detail
•    Manual dexterity to work with small parts, tools, and assemblies
•    Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
•    Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and systems
•    A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
