- Pay Rate/shift: $19.50 Monday-Wed/Thur 6am-6pm $22.43 Monday-Wed/Thur 6pm-6am $21.26 Thursday/Friday- Sunday 6am-6pm $22.43 Thursday/Friday- Sunday 6pm-6am
- Shift: Regular business hours with potential for additional hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions, including visual aids.
- Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations and labeling of components.
- Prepare and manually assemble components per specifications from visual aids.
- Conduct visual inspections of parts for proper insertion and placement.
- Utilize bar code scanners and small hand tools effectively.
- Maintain accurate progress reports and monitor/restock parts bins as necessary.
- Work under the close supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager.
- Uphold the 5S order and cleanliness standards in the assigned area.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations as directed by the supervisor.
- Comply with company security policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and utilize Windows-based software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow simple instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to work in a standardized environment with minimal supervision.
