Job Summary:
Perform limited electromechanical production subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature.

Essential Functions:

  • Assemble and/or install various electrical and mechanical components as specified by established documentation.
  • Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, such as cutting wire to specified sizes, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, and wiring terminal connections.
  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment as needed.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Entry level, generally less than 1 year of experience required; QSR experience preferred.
  • IPC Soldering Certification is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and understand assembly documentation, blueprints, and wire lists.
  • Proficient with small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
  • Familiarity with general computer operations.

Preferred Languages:

  • English - Intermediate

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
