What You'll Do
As an Assembly Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed automated assembly machines while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned automated assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform complex machine repairs, adjustments, set-ups, and changeovers as needed.

Conduct quality checks following the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and document results at required intervals.

Complete preventive and routine maintenance on machines daily, weekly, and monthly.

Troubleshoot and correct equipment issues to maintain production flow.

Identify and reset machine faults, clear jams, restart production, and package finished products.

Use precision tools such as height indicators, gauges, microscopes, and ram optics to verify quality.

Perform tooling adjustments (e.g., sharpening, conditioning, spring pin height checks, bend and insertion stations).

Replace components such as sensors, punches, dies, air cylinders, belts, or stock materials as required.
What You'll Bring

Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Technical Skills: Ability to operate and adjust automated assembly machinery.

Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with experience performing visual and measurement-based quality checks.

Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using tools, gauges, and precision measurement instruments.

Dependability: Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work scheduled overtime as needed.
