Job Details

• Temp-to-hire position
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
• Pay Rate: $24.20/hour

Daily Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components to industry standards
• Identify and repair mechanical assembly issues
• Complete work orders accurately
• Inspect products and document operations for quality assurance
• Use microscopes for precision assembly tasks
• Assist with stock room, shipping, receiving, and product validation as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing assembly (preferred)
• Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments
• Knowledge of FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO quality standards
• Skilled use of microscopes, strong manual dexterity, and good eyesight
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in math and language
