Assembly Technician 
Location: Clyde, NY
Pay: $16.50 – $18.50/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Looking to join a growing aerospace manufacturer that values quality, training, and teamwork? We're hiring Assembly Technicians in Clyde, NY to help build high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in advanced aerospace systems. Shifts Available:

  • A Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • B Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • C Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components based on blueprints and technical instructions
  • Use hand and power tools to build products to precise tolerances
  • Follow detailed specs and engineering drawings to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect components using micrometers, calipers, pin/wire gauges, comparators, and magnifiers
  • Deburr, clean, and finish parts to meet high aerospace standards
  • Collaborate with the team to report issues, share ideas, and contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, written instructions, and technical specs
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to Clyde, NY (not accessible by bus line)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment assessment
