Shift Details:
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:20 am, $18/hr
 


What's a typical day as a Production and Assembly Associate? You'll be:

  • Being on your feet, using your hands and hand tools, reading diagrams to assemble braking and drivetrain systems 
  • Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment
  • Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development.
 
This position might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are detail orientated
  • Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production environment
