Job Title: Light Assembly Worker
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday | 2nd Shift, 4pm-11pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $15.44-$16.44/hr depending on shift

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Light Assembly Worker, where your attention to detail and reliability will be valued. You'll be responsible for efficiently assembling cardboard displays while ensuring high quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cardboard displays following specific instructions.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of each completed display.
  • Maintain and inspect tools and equipment used for assembly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and address any issues or concerns with supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Capable of following instructions and working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods.
  • Capability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and coordinated hand-eye skills.
