Are you a seasoned administrative professional ready to contribute to mission-driven initiatives alongside senior executives? Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is seeking an Assistant 4 - Administrative for a four-month temporary assignment at their Raritan, NJ site.
Details & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $34.59/hr, full-time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
- Temporary assignment, anticipated from 2/2/26 – 6/30/26 (may convert, but mainly temporary).

- Must have flexibility/adaptability and comply with on-site schedule (deal breaker for those lacking experience or flexibility).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver senior-level administrative support, including to VP-level executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel logistics.
- Prepare expense reports, maintain office organization, and facilitate document management.
- Support contract, purchase order, and invoice processes; assist with financial activities.
- Plan and execute large meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
- Act as a liaison, interacting professionally with leaders, vendors, agencies, and KOLs.
- High School Diploma required; Business/Secretarial Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' administrative/secretarial experience, ideally supporting senior management.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook skills; Access/other tools a plus.
- Experience with purchase order, AP/expense systems, online travel tools, and Concur.
- Previous JNJ support preferred; must be flexible/adaptable for on-site schedule.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing diaries, appointments, bookings, and strict confidentiality.
