Warehouse Manager - Assistant Floor Manager

Shift: 7PM - 7AM 12-hour rotating shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

???????Safety: Attend monthly safety meetings.  Ensure compliance with all PPE and GMP requirements.  Complete safety audit sheets and provide corrective documentation for safety infractions. Quality/Food Safety:  Communicate the schedule and verify batch codes and piece counts.  Ensure HACCP paperwork is available and properly executed.  Escalate incidents and participate in quality checks and root cause analysis. Production:  Provide leadership, training, and guidance to production teammates. Conduct on-the-job training and development.  Collaborate with upper management to address maintenance, shipping, QA, and production needs.  Troubleshoot machinery issues and adhere to escalation timeframes.  Develop and maintain safety, QA, and production programs.  Verify WIP and materials for production runs.  Complete and update SIMS boards and shift summaries.  Conduct shift reconciliations and ensure smooth transitions. Qualifications Skills: Essential:  Strong leadership and team management capabilities.  Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.  Excellent documentation and real-time reporting skills.  Legible handwriting and ability to write complete sentences. Desired:  Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.  Knowledge of safety, quality, and food safety standards.
