Associate Change Control Engineer
- Location: Hybrid - Kalamazoo, Michigan (49002)
- Duration: 16 month contract - estimated to end 1/6/2027 – Contract extension possibilities
- Pay: Negotiable depending on DIRECT RELATED experience up to $38 - $43 an hour
- Type: W2 ONLY contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY arrangements can be made for this role)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the Specialist, Change Control & Sourcing, you will create product Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) in our Quality Management System for PEC Projects to support various PEC regulatory requirements.
You will also:
- Create complex changes within the Quality Management System to ensure data, documents, content, and information submitted in the change is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborates with the necessary stakeholders as needed to build, complete and monitor the Implementation Plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across several business functions providing excellent customer service.
- May act as the Change Owner as needed.
- Actively initiate and support supplier communication for related projects requirements.
- Maintain and update divisional project tracking reports.
- General program support including but not limited to supporting Supplier Engagement, Data compilation, analysis, and review within Instruments systems for the Projects
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working as a Change Control Specialist or Change Management Engineer.
- Experience in the Medical Device Industry.
- Experience working in the Product Environmental Compliance field.
- Windchill/onePLM experience or other PLM system.
- Must possess attention to detail.
- The ability to understand the products and processes involved in a change.
- Must possess strong communication, project management and influencing skills as well as successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to problem solve complex situations by filtering, prioritizing and analyzing complex and dynamic material.
