Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Associate Manager, CRM to support US Local Markets growth campaigns and competitive response initiatives. This individual will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across owned channels, such as email, push, and in-app banners. The right candidate is highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple cross-functional teams and high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute CRM strategy for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, including determining channel selection and send cadence
- Create rapid testing frameworks and strategies for CRM channels to support growth and competitive win-back initiatives
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, including creative brief management, asset review, and campaign launches
- Pull and segment lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms
- Track and report on campaign progress, performance, and learnings, proactively making recommendations for next steps
- Optimize engagement metrics through A/B testing, application of CRM insights, and addressing performance inconsistencies
- Build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Strategy & Operations, Merchant Account Management, Analytics, and Product teams
- Stay updated on industry best practices for retention marketing, CRM operations, and customer communications; share learnings with the broader team
- 4+ years' experience in customer retention marketing, customer engagement, or CRM operations
- Demonstrated track record of developing profitable retention programs and exceeding performance targets
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently while building consensus and strong partnerships
- Strong passion for customer experience and maximizing customer value
- Agile and able to make strategic pivots quickly to support business needs
- Ability to translate value propositions and messaging into effective, channel-specific copy with understanding of CX lifecycle
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in end-to-end, data-driven marketing strategy and execution
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Periscope) is a plus
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
