Associate Quality Specialist
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $28 – $31 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Assignment Type: Short-Term Temporary (Up to 3 Months)

Kelly is partnering with a client in Louisville, KY seeking a Quality Specialist to support operational quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. This role will focus on driving process improvements, supporting quality systems, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Utilize quality methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to identify and implement operational improvements
• Develop and administer quality programs including quality metrics, training, risk management, and change management initiatives
• Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
• Partner with operations teams to establish quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement measurement systems and analyze KPI trends to support data-driven decision making
• Provide oversight to ensure Quality Notifications (QNCs) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are initiated and resolved effectively
• Support root cause analysis investigations through training and hands-on assistance
• Conduct product and process quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality systems, continuous improvement, or quality engineering
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and quality audits
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights based on quality metrics and KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
