Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Training & Development professional for Juncos, PR starting at $20.66ph to join our team. Under general supervision, you will work closely with assigned client groups to assess their training needs and deliver effective training solutions. This role is essential in fostering a compliant and well-trained workforce. CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 3 SHIFTS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with assigned clients in their work environment to understand and assess specific training needs.
  • Communicate client training needs to local training management effectively.
  • Deliver tailored training solutions to meet the unique requirements of assigned clients.
  • Provide effective delivery of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory training as required by client groups.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training for new hires and transfers, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of new hires and transfers from training environments to work environments.
  • Offer guidance to clients on compliance and regulatory issues to maintain operational integrity.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; OR
  • Associate's degree with 4 years of directly related experience; OR
  • High School diploma/GED with 6 years of directly related experience.

Shift:

  • Currently 8-hour shifts (may change to 12-hour shifts).
  • Overtime based on business needs, which can include weekends and holidays.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Understanding of [Insert Company Name]'s business and culture, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and collaborate with client staff while identifying performance needs.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong technical writing skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of lifting and/or moving lab equipment, chairs, tables, room dividers, and audio/visual equipment (up to 35 pounds, 4 feet high) to set up for training programs, meetings, and conferences.
  • Experience in training delivery, including handling potentially hazardous materials and/or equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a training and development role within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Ability to adapt training programs to accommodate different learning styles and environments.
  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
