Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Chesapeake, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $31.00/hr
Overview:
Kelly is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our client's Chesapeake, VA branch. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years' experience in a service writer or service technician position, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and serve as the main point of contact in person and via phone.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers to promote return business.
- Assess customer needs by gathering relevant information and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Create basic work orders and enter data into appropriate systems.
- Provide timely status updates to customers as requested.
- Scan and upload data, ensuring attention to detail with notations and records.
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist with customer inquiries and technical situations.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Deliver friendly, respectful service; engage proactively with customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with customers, team members, and managers.
- Attention to detail, especially with notations and data entry
- Mechanical aptitude or experience
- Team player with strong interpersonal and soft skills
- Ability to treat customers and colleagues with respect
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably as a service writer or service technician
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Local to Chesapeake, VA or the metro area (onsite role, not remote)
- Comfortable with Zoom interviews for the hiring process
