What You'll Be Doing
You'll handle inbound colleague calls/emails, troubleshoot issues, document tickets accurately, and escalate cases when required. You'll also help identify outages and contribute to improving service processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Providing professional customer service and first-level technical support
• Documenting incidents thoroughly in ticketing systems
• Escalating issues and following up with support teams
• Identifying potential outages and trends
• Maintaining knowledge of tools, procedures, and supported applications

What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
• Above-average computing and navigation ability
• Strong customer service skills
• Troubleshooting experience or related education
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365
• Ability to type 30+ WPM
• Basic understanding of PC hardware/components

Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with ticketing systems
• IT-related education or certifications
