- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM
- Set up: Full-time, onsite; all training is in-person and lasts approximately 7 weeks
- Employment Type: Temp to hire (may be transitioned to FTE after training period
- Review applications for various public assistance programs
- Determine eligibility of applicants and recipients through interactive interviewing and fact gathering
- Verify that application forms have been completed correctly and thoroughly; check information for accuracy
- Follow up with applicants as needed to obtain additional information or documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants with professionalism and empathy
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortability with onsite work
- Desire to help your community and support people in need
