What's a typical day as a Benefits and Eligibility Specialist? You will:

• Review applications for various public assistance programs
• Determine eligibility of applicants and recipients through interactive interviewing and fact gathering
• Verify that application forms have been completed correctly and thoroughly; check information for accuracy
• Follow up with applicants as needed to obtain additional information or documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants with professionalism and empathy

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
