Salary: $65-70K
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to attract, source, and hire top talent while ensuring a fair, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.

Build pipelines of passive and active candidates using job boards, networking, and applicant tracking system.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on recruiting strategies.

Ensure fair, consistent, and equitable selection practices.

Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
What We're Looking For

2+ years of high-volume industrial recruiting experience required.

Proficiency with multiple applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.

Results-driven mindset with focus, resiliency, and follow-through.

High sense of urgency with energy and passion for recruiting.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills; able to thrive with minimal direction.

Adaptability and learning agility in fast-changing or ambiguous situations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
