What You'll Do
  • Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.

  • Implement programs that support redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and clear communication.

  • Actively communicate safety policies, best practices, and updates to talent.

  • Identify and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.

  • Maintain operational efficiency and deliver the highest quality services to meet client needs.

What You Bring
  • Strong knowledge of HR/staffing practices including onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.

  • Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.

  • Strong communication skills across multiple levels of management.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead roles.
