CTE Technician job description
Responsibilities:
• The CTE Technician facilitates and expedites the Freeport vendor payment process from invoice to payment receipt, primarily using the AES32 system and SAP.
• The employee has the central responsibility for process success, working across many site roles and functions to troubleshoot payment errors/delays, identify corrections, and communicate status and/or action needed to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Capable of effectively dealing with massive amounts of information, managing multiple different cases each week, and have a very organized and structure approach to both time and information management.
• Quick learner, resourceful, strong team player and communicator, and has the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, propose improvement ideas / solutions and effectively implement them.
