Kelly Science & Clinical is searching on behalf of a premier client for a Bio-Manufacturing Associate role located in the Portland Metro area (Wilsonville, OR). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in biomanufacturing and grow within a well-established biotech company that supports career development and internal advancement.
Pay & Shift Details:-
Base Pay: $21/hour

Shift Differentials:

+5% weekend
-
+10% night shift
-
+15% night + weekend combo
Overtime: Paid after 10 hours/day (12-hour shifts typical)
Holiday Pay: 2.5x base + shift differential when working on a holiday
Night Shift Options (Two Available):

2A Shift: Alternating Saturday, Sunday–Tuesday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

2B Shift: Alternating Saturday, Wednesday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Education & Experience
-
Prefer: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, or related field.

0–4+ years of hands-on lab or manufacturing experience, depending on level.
Technical Skills
-
Molecular biology techniques (PCR, DNA quantification/purification).
-
Experience with lab equipment: centrifuges, thermocyclers, liquid handlers, sequencers.

Comfortable working with automated, high-throughput systems.
Documentation & Process
-
Follows SOPs, completes batch records accurately.

Experience in GMP, ISO, or LEAN-regulated environments preferred.

Proficient in Excel, Word, Jira, or Confluence.
Soft Skills & Physical Requirements

Attention to detail, strong communication, ability to multitask.

Works independently and adapts to shift schedules.

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~20 lbs.
