Shift: 1st shift- 5:00 am- 5:00pm- rotating shift- 3 day work week
           3rd shift- 5:00pm- 5:00am- rotating shift- 3 day work week

What's a typical day as a Blender Operator?
Works in blending room in teams of 2 or 3.
• Dumps 50# bags routinely into blender following SAP recipe.
• Fills new bags, labels, and pallet stacks for shipment.
• Follows all GMP and Quality standards.
• Maintains room cleanliness.
• Understanding of computer data and how it is to be entered accurately into SAP.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a hazard free work area.
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner.
• Maintain GMPS, PPE, and 5S standards.
• Reports all Accidents and Near-misses immediately.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Able to walk, bend, kneel, and stand, squat, stoop, carry, reach, push pull, arm extensions, and perform elevated work.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet environment
• Lift 50lbs continuously
• Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
• Ability to walk up to 135 feet one way many times a day.
•  Ability to continuously stand/walk up to 8-12 hours.
•  Ability to climb stairs or ladder.
• Ability to Operate Forklift (sit down)
• Able to read, write, and speak English along with strong communication skills
• Ability to climb stars or ladder
• Able to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player
•  Basic computer experience.
• Organizational & excellent communication skills
• Previous manfacturing experience
• Previous blending experience preferred.
• Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
•  Previous experience with scanners/RF guns preferred.
