Description
Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the construction and real estate industry, in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Manage customer invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist with additional accounting tasks as assigned.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, and accounts receivables
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Knowledge of basic principles of GAAP, accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour (Depending on Experience)
