Title: Box Truck Driver  
Contract Duration: 3 months 
Classification: W2 Under Staffing Supplier 
Location: San Francisco, CA HQ (Routes between Oakland, San Francisco, and Bay Point) 
Work Schedule: Full-time, 9am – 5pm, some evening hours as needed 
Compensation: $22.86/hour 
Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record (MVR required) 
Visa Sponsorship: Not provided 

 

Position Overview 

A logistics-driven operations team seeks a reliable, flexible box truck driver to support daily transport between key locations in the Bay Area. This role centers on safe, scheduled delivery, operational support during downtime, and maintaining vehicle standards. Occasional physical tasks and adaptability are essential. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Safely drive and operate a box truck between Oakland, San Francisco, and Bay Point, CA. 

  • Execute scheduled pick-ups/drop-offs according to established routes and timelines. 

  • Assist with equipment loading/unloading and support miscellaneous operational tasks during non-drive periods. 

  • Build and organize equipment as required by on-site operations teams. 

  • Maintain the box truck's cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness at all times. 

  • Communicate reliably with supervisor and team regarding task status and schedule adjustments. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record (MVR required). 

  • Previous box truck driving experience a plus, but not mandatory. 

  • Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks as necessary. 

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and take on miscellaneous assignments. 

  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills.
