Pay Rate/Compensation:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience -$33.65/hour
- ($70,000 salary)
- On-site M-F 8am to 5pm could be hybrid if you have your own equipment

- Identifying trends and preparing narrative analysis of major budget variances, making recommendations to departmental management.
- Updating existing models and creating new models for resource allocation, cost estimation, and benefit determination.
- Producing and analyzing financial reports, including variance analysis, staffing analysis, and corporate reporting of Budget/Actual and financial metrics.
- Collaborating with your team to successfully complete assignments.
- Communicating with management about development within areas of assigned responsibilities and performing ad-hoc projects as required.
- Providing clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Solving problems independently, being detail-oriented, and summarizing large amounts of data into key points.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance.
- Preferred knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Hyperion (Essbase/PBCS), PeopleSoft, and other Oracle financial tools.
