Shifts: 1st:  Monday – Friday (6:15am – 2:15pm)
              2nd: Monday – Friday (2:45pm – 11:00pm)

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.00 - $20.50 per hour (depends on position and shift)

What's a typical day as a Builder? You'll be:
  • Unpacking components and handling materials needed for the building and assembly process
  • Packing finished products and building components for shipping
  • Reporting to the shift supervisor and utilizing basic computer skills for assembly tasks
  • Assembling equipment for CCSI, including radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (team lifts required)
  • Following step-by-step computer-guided instructions to assemble frames and racks for CCSI equipment
  • Working independently or in small teams to build and wire racks, ensuring high attention to detail and problem-solving

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have previous electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing experience (required)
  • Are able to stand and move around the work area for the entire shift
  • Can lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 50+ lbs with a team lift
  • Possess basic computer skills and accurate key entry abilities
  • Are detail-oriented, willing to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Are comfortable with reading and following written instructions from start to finish
