Business Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support sustainability payment programs and data management initiatives. This role involves managing master data, designing reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Sustainability Payment Programs.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly data management to calculate customer payments.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide master data management support, including Customer Master Data.
  • Design, document, and maintain reporting and analytic processes.
  • Handle ad hoc data requests from stakeholders within the Commercial Organization.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales data reports to stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred Fields: Sales/Business Operations, Finance, Mathematics, IT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis.
  • Solid experience writing SQL queries.
  • Basic knowledge of process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

 

Preferences:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and using data visualization tools.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence multiple partners.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural, and partially remote team.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Exposure to data management systems/tools (e.g., SAP, JDE, Winshuttle).
