Business Operations Analyst
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a back-office operations team supporting annual benefit enrollment and employee benefits administration. Your role will focus on reviewing cases, resolving escalations, and ensuring accurate processing while helping clear a backlog and supporting the transition to a new system.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Reviewing benefits cases and escalations received from the call center
- Investigating and resolving issues related to employee benefit inquiries
- Updating beneficiary information and processing forms via mail
- Supporting retirees and annual benefit enrollment (short-term and long-term disability)
- Performing general to specialized operational processing activities within Operations & Technology
- Ensuring all processing and inquiries meet Service Level Goals and quality standards
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (benefits or insurance background is an asset)
- High school diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Nice-to-Have:
- Payroll or accounting experience (reconciliation)
- Banking industry experience
