What's a typical day as a Business Support Representative? You'll be:
• Keeping the filing system organized and current.
• Performing data entry to the information system.
• Photocopying and scanning documents as needed by the department.
• Answering incoming calls to provide information or possible solutions, and referring calls to proper individuals if needed.
• Receiving, revising, registering, and filing documents coming from clients, suppliers, or other departments.
• Registering incoming clients in Turnos PR Software.
• Processing renewal vehicle sticker transactions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a high school diploma and one to two years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must be bilingual, English-Spanish.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
