Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.50 per hour + Direct Hire benefits (Medical plans among others) Shift: 1st What's a typical day as Buyer? You'll be:- Reviewing and confirming requisitions are complete and properly approved
- Generating purchase orders in Acumatica based on consumption, demand, or client orders
- Confirming purchase orders and tracking estimated delivery times with suppliers
- Keeping delivery dates updated weekly in the Acumatica system
- Promptly communicating delays or changes to your supervisor and impacted departments
- Analyzing back order lists and inventory levels to identify products to order
- Creating and maintaining item records in Acumatica, including descriptions, costs, and sales prices
- Conducting landed cost analysis for products
- Contacting suppliers to resolve issues related to price, quality, delivery, or invoicing
- Providing administrative support to the purchasing department (calls, messages, copies, digital file maintenance, meeting coordination, etc.)
- Actively supporting the company's mission, vision, and values through exemplary performance and conduct
- Preparing inventory analysis reports as required
- Coordinating and participating in meetings, committees, and company events
- Handling supplier claims for defective merchandise and following up for replacements or credits
- Assisting with quarterly supplier forecasts in Acumatica
- Performing other related duties as needed
- Have experience or education in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills in Spanish and English, Full bilingual.
- Are proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with digital systems (experience with Acumatica is a plus)
- Can work effectively as part of a team, supporting both internal and external customers
- Minimum Associate Degree.
