Are you a natural negotiator with a knack for building strong vendor relationships?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every purchase helps keep operations moving smoothly?
We're looking for a Buyer to join our client's procurement team, supporting 2 sites in Idaho and California.

In this role, you'll be the link between the business and its suppliers — securing the best prices, managing purchase orders from start to finish, and ensuring materials and services arrive on time to keep projects on track.

What You'll Do:

  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts for a variety of goods and services.
  • Manage the entire purchase order process — from placement and tracking to expediting and amendments.
  • Partner with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill supply needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, finance, and requestors to quickly resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with supply contracts and preferred vendor agreements.
  • Assist stakeholders in defining requirements, identifying suppliers, and evaluating vendor capabilities.
What You Bring:
  • 1–3 years of purchasing experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills — especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts like e-business and strategic sourcing.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Why You'll Love It Here:
This is your chance to step into a role where your expertise makes a direct impact on operations. With competitive pay, excellent benefits upon permanent hire, and plenty of room for growth, you'll be part of a forward-thinking team driving innovation every day.
