What's a typical day as a Call Center Associate? You'll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations.
- Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries, adapting responses as necessary, and accurately documenting all interactions.
- Initiating or processing adjustments, coordinating with other departments to resolve problems, and assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of call center experience, with preferred experience of 1 year of working with claims, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong human relations and organizational skills.
- Are able to handle high-stress situations with good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
- Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
