Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17–$23 per hour

Shift: 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 7pm

What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative II? You'll be:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, written, web, or walk-in channels, ensuring timely and courteous service.
  • Handling non-routine situations that require deviation from standard scripts and procedures.
  • Performing research to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Reviewing and adjudicating claims and/or non-medical appeals, making decisions to return, deny, or pay claims according to organizational guidelines.
  • Processing claims and adjustments, ensuring correct coding and compliance with internal standards.
  • Referring complex complaints and inquiries to leads or managers for resolution.
  • Identifying and reporting potential fraud and abuse situations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have prior experience in customer support, claims processing, or a related field (must have).
  • Demonstrate strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling complex or sensitive situations.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow established quality and production standards.
  • Are able to adapt responses and procedures as needed to resolve unique customer situations.
  • Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 7pm onsite at the client location.
