What a typical day as an Experienced Call Center Representative might look like:
- Always provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Escalate issues to manager as appropriate
- Ensure courteous quality of service on all phone calls
- Accurately document details and notes in the customer database system
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1-year documented call center experience required
- Proficient on a computer
- Ability to multi-task between phone, computer, and caller
- Must be able to handle a high call volume
- Must have a quiet workspace
- Must have a modem/router and can download an app on your cell phone
- Reside in the Indianapolis area
