Description

Nissan is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Connected Car Services Operations team as a Support Operations Sr. Planner. This role is integral in supporting and promoting the use of connected car technologies for all internal and external business partners.
Summary:
The Support Operations Sr. Planner will collaborate cross-functionally with Consumer Affairs Call Centers, Training Operations, and connected car vendors. The individual will serve as a champion for educating dealership personnel, call centers, and internal Nissan and Infiniti employees on the benefits of connected cars.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee training programs for Customer Quality and Consumer Affairs, enhancing customer enrollment and understanding of Connected Car Services to boost engagement with features.
  • Provide training support for business partners, including:
    • Owner Services Call Center and other internal departments
    • SXM District Managers
    • Product Specialists during events such as Auto Shows and Launches
    • Additional training initiatives as required (e.g., Dealer Advisory Board, regional and field teams, dealership personnel)
  • Support the resolution of customer concerns with connected car service providers and vendors, as well as Nissan Digital and R&D teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts within CQ call centers.
  • Assist the region/field with connected services enrollment and program-related concerns.
  • Manage communications with business partners through weekly/monthly updates, including webinars and field communications.
  • Create and update operation manuals, one-page summaries, and training overviews for all connected vehicle programs.
  • Represent the Connected Car Services program as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at various conferences and seminars.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Job Knowledge and Skill:
    • Proficient in creating engaging training presentations.
    • Excellent digital analytics skills, with the capacity to compile and analyze data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.
    • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe and Tableau analytics products.
    • Five or more years of directly related professional-level operational experience, including field or dealer experience.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness to travel 10% of the time for day or overnight domestic trips.
