What's a typical day as Change Management Lead? You'll be:
• Developing and applying change management strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and sustained adoption of new AI policies and processes.
• Leading change readiness and people impact assessments to gauge organizational readiness.
• Building and managing change communities, facilitating communication between the working group and key EDSC leaders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 7+ years of experience in change management within life sciences or healthcare, preferably in the biopharma industry.
• Possess experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts across a large enterprise.
• Are knowledgeable in change management principles and methodologies, with a preferred certification (Prosci®, CCMP).
