Warehouse Order Picker (Cherry Picker Operator)
Location: Aberdeen, Md
Schedule: 1st shift: Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm or Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm
2nd shift: Sun Wed 4:30pm-3am or Wed-Sat 4:30pm-5am
Pay Rate:1st shift $23.50 and 2nd shift $25
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, moving, and staging product using warehouse equipment and scanning technology in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do-
Operate Order Pickers (Cherry Pickers), Reach Trucks, and scanning equipment to pick orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Accurately locate, pick, and stage product for storage or shipment

Monitor order management systems to ensure orders are received correctly

Report and document overages, shortages, and damaged items

Work at heights up to 30–35 feet

Repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and maneuver products 150+ lbs. (unassisted or via team lift)

Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Minimum 6 months of cherry picker experience required

Comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet

Ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly and move heavier product as required

Ability to work on a warehouse floor 8+ hours per day

Strong and consistent work ethic

Comfortable using scanning and warehouse technology

Distribution or logistics experience preferred

High Jump WMS experience is a plus

Ability to read and understand English for safety purposes

Must be 18 years of age or older
