Client Support Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, typical business hours
Employment Type: Temporary (Approximately 3 months)

Our client, a national leader in payroll and HR services, is seeking a skilled and organized Client Support Coordinator for a temporary role lasting approximately 3 months. This position supports internal teams and clients by handling high-volume data entry, client communications, and system updates across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is computer savvy, accurate under pressure, and comfortable working in a virtual call center environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Entering and verifying high volumes of client data in internal systems

  • Handling inbound client calls through a virtual call center setting

  • Logging client activity and delivery updates across platforms such as Clarify, Siebel, ETA, iServe, DNS, RUN, and Autopay

  • Supporting client delivery teams to ensure information is routed correctly and on time

  • Researching delivery issues, documenting resolutions, and assisting with invoice processing

  • Maintaining strong communication with both clients and third-party vendors

  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across all systems and documentation
