This is a long-term contract position which offers:

TASKS. The contractor shall:

1. Participate in and contribute to different aspects of the research study through study planning, decision-making, problem-solving and strategic analysis.
2. Construct and execute neuroimaging pipelines on large datasets
3. Develop engineering features on neuroimaging and other data related to mental health for machine learning algorithms
4. Write code to execute data analysis, visualize and provide interpretation and context to results of analysis
5. Conduct relevant literature reviews and collaborate on relevant research publications
6. Prepare summaries and reports for staff review.
7. Research, download, organize, and curate large datasets related to mental health
8. Enter and verify data fields and data dictionaries.
9. Perform descriptive and missing data analysis.
10. Applies a variety of data reduction techniques.
11. Perform data cleaning (identifying and correcting data entry errors and/or missing values) and data transformation (creating and categorizing variables and imputing data).
12. Research and review literature to retrieve targeted clinical or scientific information from publicly available resources.
13. Provide literature review related to analyses used in comparable studies.
14. Develop training strategies and implement training activities for internal and external researchers.
15. Provide consultation on use of statistical methods and/or software packages to other staff

REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:

1. Master's Degree in Neuroscience, Physics, and/or related fields
2. Experience with Software such as: Python, Pandas, GIT, Docker
