Clinical Laboratory Scientist – PCR Lab (CLIA Certified Experience Required)

Location: Clarksville, IN (Training site; relocation to a new lab facility once operational)
? Pay: $27.00 – $39.00/hour
? Schedule: 2:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Monday–Thursday or Wednesday–Saturday)
? Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (for every hire!)
? Relocation Bonus (Paid on first paycheck):

  • 200 miles or less: $2,000

  • 201–499 miles: $4,000

  • 500+ miles: $5,000

As we continue to grow, you'll start your journey in Clarksville, IN, where full training will take place. Once our brand-new, state-of-the-art laboratory is operational, you'll be relocating to that facility. Be sure you're comfortable with this exciting transition—we'll support you every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Perform essential laboratory functions: sample prep, DNA extraction, PCR testing

  • Use advanced instruments such as Hamilton Vantage, KingFisher Flex, VeritiPro, and QuantStudio

  • Adhere to sterile technique and unidirectional workflow for contamination control

  • Collaborate across teams to drive quality, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize performance

What You'll Bring
  • Availability to work the 2:00 AM – 12:30 PM shift (choose M–Th or W–Sat)

  • 0–1 year of clinical lab testing experience in a high-complexity, CLIA-certified environment
    ? Please highlight which CLIA-certified labs you've worked at in your application/resume.

  • Familiarity with PCR workflows, including sterile technique and micropipetting

  • ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification (preferred)

  • Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and a drive to improve patient outcomes
