Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$19.00 per hr. to start.
This position will train on 1st shift 6am-2:30pm for 4 weeks, then will go to 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm and pay will go to $20.00 per hr.

What's a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Setting up and operating CNC machines, including tooling changes and programming CNC controls, with minimal supervision.
• Performing preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure continuous product flow and operational efficiency.
• Working on a variety of complex parts, selecting appropriate feeds, speeds, and tooling to meet close tolerances.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED and possess knowledge of general Health & Safety procedures.
• Bring 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with machine operation experience.
• Are mechanically inclined with strong mathematical skills and good communication abilities, and can work effectively in a team environment.
