Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines, including Mazak mills, Mikino sinkers, Fanuc Robocut wire, and Okuma/Hwacheon lathes, to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Machine Settings: Program and adjust machine settings to optimize performance
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Precision Measurement: Use instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality
• Quality Control: Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
• Collaboration: Work with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace organized

Qualifications:

• Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and dependable with the ability to meet production goals
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, and handle lifting/carrying up to 33 lbs
• Comfortable wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
